The Center for Comprehensive Informatics at Emory offers a stimulating environment with links to major Atlanta research institutions, including Georgia Institute of Technology as well as excellent opportunities for interactions with research and development communities on a national and international level. We conduct a comprehensive systems software research and development agenda in Grid Computing, High Performance Computing, Machine Learning, Imaging Informatics, Biomedical Informatics, and Clinical and Translational Informatics. The Center pursues development of novel high-end software systems as well as application of such technologies for coordinated management, analysis, and integration of heterogeneous, multi-scale scientific data at an enterprise level.
